La Vostra Prosecco
Italian sparkling white wine. Average cost per bottle $10
"La Vostra Prosecco" is Italian...a soft and smooth bubbly; similiar to it's French cousin Vouvray, but less sweet. In fact, well balanced comes to mind. I will consider pairing this wine with a walk in the Ancient Rain Forest on a day when the rain is so fine as to be a light mist.

This Prosecco was surprisingly light and crisp. I would describe it as dry yet with enough sweetness to please the palate (but not too much sweetness) with pleasant fruit flavors, citrus and cherry. I added ice cubes to my glass , but only because we hadn't allowed enough time for the wine to chill thoroughly before drinking. Recommend it be chilled for at least 4 hours or more so that it is really refreshingly cold.
